I NEED LEGAL INTERVENTION

First let me say that your experience makes me so angry it makes my stomach hurt just reading.

There are resources here on this website, LDA of America comes to mind first, that perhaps can help guide you to other resources that will help you in your struggle. Look up disability organizations in your phone book. Even the county ones might be able to help. Look up disability org.s that aren’t related to your specific disabilities, their resources may still be able to help. I am thinking of ARC and the deaf/blind org.s , try everyone.

My thoughts and prayers go with you. My mother in law has physical disabilities that aren’t readily visible, people argue with her when she parks in a handicapped space, with her legal sticker and placard even.

How about the ACLU? Perhaps they’d champion your cause. There’s a book called public sector that should have the address & phone number of your states’s office of judicial misconduct. Your judge sounds like an evil scumbag. Have you ever considered some “do it yourself justice”? The system is rigged. Sounds like you had the best judge money could buy. Do you think the national media would be interested in you saga? It would be cool if you could get some famous lawyer like Jerry Spence or Gloria Allred. Thank You Ball and Amyf, I was over whelmed with gratitude upon reading your thoughts, Thank You. I have filed two Complaints with the ACLU regarding Judicial Misconduct and Misrepresentation by Defense Council During the ordeal. I was told to not jump to conclusions and allow the Justice System to Prevail at which time I was supposed to be Vindicated and Exhonerated, that was over two years ago, I have lost faith in the “Justice System” and do not know how much of this Political Game I can endure. Year the Judge was the best money could buy, over $15,000 to the first deliberate incompetant, contractual breaching, ill gotten, two faced lawyer, $5,000 to the lawyer the prevois lawyer referred to to represent in a “Misrepresentation of Council and his own firm, and to file an Appeal for the case” as he “was unawre of the situation and conduct his associate had produced”. $2,500 to the Federal Specialist who was never formally invied to represent me on my appeal yet referred to in phone and letters as “on the case”, my NJ ADA Lawyer could not help as “the letter Mr. sent me is not legally binding to allow me to work in PA on your behalf”. We call it Life with Lisa. A little more then I’ll have to walk. The Flea Market complain originated from “a well known Elderly women with family high within the County Prosecutors Office, we never would have arrested you, you have all the proper licenses and documents to be here” after the women argued with the Philadelphia Flea Market owners the Local Police and her family member “high within the County” approximatley 3 hours later I “was not under arrest at this time but rather being transfered to the Police Station until the DA’s office Decides whether or not to charge you and exactly with what” this was at like 7 AM I was finally charged at approximatly 3:30 PM, they were fully aware of my Physical and Mental Disabilities as I provided my State Handicap ID and requested Medical attention and proper facilities, they were denied and I was subsequently strip searched and had a body cavity search performed which I believe they video tape, I explained my medical condition and medications they did not care I was not a Person trying to make a Legally licensed and regulated living at a flea market I was some sort of “Trophy, Brownie Points” for the Elderly women and the Bensalem Officer. The Bensalem Police Officer did not agree with arresting me and continually expressed this during Court hearings, since he was the “arresting officer” he could not be dispirsed from the case rather he was over whelmed with Officers who werent even involved or associated what so ever with the case. The “Well known Elderly Women” Whom miraculously disappeared after she waved and yelled at me inside the Bensalem PD and became an Anonymous complaintant, rumored the “Judges Wife”. I Ramble and Ramble and Ramble but I never say any thing, there is so much to say. The ACLU will probable help me at this point but I am Afraid, confusued, Paranoid and what ever else you wanna call it. I Am Not A Criminal, I am an Handicappied American Women, Wife, Mother, Catalist, Business Owner and Operator or at least I used to be, when I was Free. The case has been tampered with since the begining, Merchandise inside of the Vehicle was Suppressed and was ordered returned prior to Trial to avoid cross contamination with the Flea Market Merchandise, this never happened and everything was presented to the Jury, this was not it though lets see the Prosecutor ripped pages out of a “Intact Yellow Legal Tabet” from the Flea Market table and presented a few ripped out pages a month later rather than the “Intact Yellow Legal Tablet”, what else I was incarcerated for two days while the trial proceeded my lawyer not showing up, and sending a “fill in” that never notified my self or my official transportation provider as the “June 06 and June 26 Judges Court Orders depicted or he would be the one with the bench warrant and going to jail not Lisa. Hey any one looking for the movie of the week or a book deal HAHA I try to stay sane by making jokes about my situation. But the fact is with my current situation I am rapidly Degenerating and fear my now 41/2 year old son who was 2 when this began will be affected in the long term. I cry as he crys to be with his Mommy, I’ve tried to explain we have to wait the Justice System will Exhonerate Mommy, the bad people won’t let Mommy come home, now with all financial sources exhausted I try to explain Mommy has to complete her paperwork and he has to be patient my 4 year old says he is “tired of being Patient at being Patient, when are you going to finish your paperwork”. We initiall at 2 1/2 years plo told him the new house was being fixed up for him so he had to stay with MeMom & Pop Pop (Grand ma/Pa), this was true to a point but now the old fixer upper I had purchased with Balloon Payments is being broken into, destoyed, and looted rather than being fixed up for my son and families future, I sold off what Stocks remained after 911 to make the 2002 ballon payment another 2003 balloon payment will be due and I am unable to make it, the house will be forcloused on and I will have nothing left what so ever. Ball in 1996 the NJDVR New Jersey Division Of Vocational Rehabilitation deterrmined my Mental and Physical Deficits are so detrimental I would never be able to function as a business owner and the would be glad to offer occupational education as a cashier or something, I be came resentful and began a retail store that catered to people in search of an alternative from the every day norm, I have been accepted and awarded accomidations from the FDA and local Government and Police Officials in New Jersey, I addmit I was at fault for going to Pennsylvaina, but I am not at fault for the Commonwealths denial and Ignorance of a Federally regulated Handicapped operated Alternative Business. I have not even hit the surface it just feels soooo good to vent even if I am venting to my self, Thank You for reading this, Any help is appriciated, a brief synopsis can be composed if ya know someone who might red it and actually help me, everything and more is documented by a Paper trail left by the Commonwealth. This is a Civil Rights, ACLU, ADA and who everelse wants a piece of it case. I just looked up on the banner thing above and in the part called ‘finding help’ I looked at state resources, clicked on PA on the map, scrolled down, there is a disability law firm with email. Check them out and see if they can help.

Thank You Amyf, I have placed numerous phone calls today. Not much progress, see I live in NJ but have a Penns issue. Tomorrow some Lawyers in NJ are suppose to help me who represent those with Physical Disabilities, their supposed to help or refer me to someone in Penns that can help. See I have a ADA lawyer in NJ Pro Bono no problem I need that Penns Lawyer to invite her on to the case so they can fight the fight together plus cover the Appeals asspect and th eJudicial Misconduct and Defense Misrepresentation. Don’t know about Jerry Spence, but Gloria Allred is a high profile lawer in CA, off course my add brain can’t remember who she represented but it was a discriminatory case (sexual discrimination or harassment or such like that). I guess I was thinking that the PA folks could maybe help out, maybe work with your NJ folks. I sure hope things get worked out. Hey maybe you can get on 20/20? Talk to your lawyer. Gerry Spence Said he couldn’t help me from where hes at. I think the Media might be the only was to get a Lawyer or Firm to Stand up and Help. My biggest problem is with the Dementia I never Complete anything. I have noticed it progressing more, I can’t even remember what I’m doing while in the Middle of Doing it, let alone complete a synopsis. The Doctors ordered home assistence last year but being on my own prevents any assistance Knowingly. The Common Wealth of Pennsylvaina is like Quebuec they make their own rules with their own people of power, well at least thats how Doylestown seems to be Controlled just more openly. Ever noticed Doylestown is in the Media at least 6 out of 7 days a week, I wonder why nuts like to live their? Sorry venting, see ya, if I can remembe where ya’at.

New york is a toilet too. Unfortunately sometime you win sometimes you lose. A lot of people have been screwed blue by the system. Judges and lawyers are the devil incarnate. People don’t hate them for know reason. It may comfort you to know that they have short life spans. They sit on their butts all day. They eat and drink like pigs. They snort way too much coke and they have a lot of enemies. They have bad karma. Spence is probably ok. What did the ACLU tell you? The consevatives really bash the ACLU. They have good reason even though most conservative are NAZI the ACLU is wack but they may help you if they think it will further their cause whatever that is. Good luck and try to have fun. Think of the day when your reading that bastard judges obituary. Maybe you can piss on his grave.

ACLU says file another complaint, they should help this time. Three times a charm you know. When I finally finish this Complaint everyone getting it though, the ACLU, ADA, Department of Justice, MEDIA and any other Organization or Group I can find that is somehow related to ‘disabled individuals’ be it Mentally or Physically. Ball if you have some organizations in mind I’m listening. Only problem if the Judge drops dead I’ll truly never be VINDICATED. I don’t understand how the Constitution and Bill of Rights were formed in Pennsylvania but Doylestown does not have to Honor them. Did I tell you in my long explaination that during Jury selection the Judge says he sees a couple friends but it don’t disqualify them and at the same time I’m tellin the little law student that Jury RB was in my store last week and he refuses to take him off the Jury, little more cooberation on the Common Wealth? Its deep man, if I ever get it out it should make a mini-series or movie of the week.

I wish I could be more helpful. There will be vindication when the judge frys for eternity. If he’s like the judges in my area he has a lot of skeletons in his closet. You are probably not the only person he’s screwed with. Gather info on him.

Just a question for everyone. I frequent other Forums more than here but no one seems to Post that offen here, does everyone have other preferred sites for discussion?
