You might use a search engine and check on Carol Gray and social stories. They aren’t really lesson plans, exactly but they might be useful. They are used with Asperger, hfa, or NVLD kids.

If you have someone to work with you, thre’s always the classic Skillstreaming. I’ve used it before, and it’s pretty good if you have a good partner for the role plays and modeling. They have a website, but it’s primary purpose is to sell the books.
