HI all,
Is there a rule that states that children cannot be tested, specifically with the WRAT. without first getting parental consent? A question that came up on another forum and I didn’t have an answer. This would be a child coming into a new school with an active IEP.

you can’t test a kid in special ed without the parents consent.. It ain’t legal
