ATTENTION ALL COLLABORATIVE TEACHERS

Hi there, I am a graduate student who is involved in a Special Education cohort. I am working on a report regarding collaboration between Special Education and General Education teachers. If you are either a Special Ed, or General Ed teacher please post a response to the following survey. Please use the following scale in your response:

1= Ineffective (dislike)
2= Somewhat Effective (needs improvement)
3= Effective (take it or leave it)
4= Mostly Effective (needs fine tuning)
5= Highly Effective

1.) How effective do you feel collaboration is at your school?

2.) Do the administrators at your school support collaboration?

3.) Do you feel you are provided adequate planning time together?

4.) Do you feel there is an “equal playing field” in the classroom between both teachers?

5.) Do you feel the work is shared equally?

6.) Do you feel students benefit from collaboration?

7.) Do you feel you are being evaluated by your collaborating teacher?

COMMENTS:

Thanks so much for your time. The input that you give me will only be used for a graduate class report, it will not be published. Please do not include any identifying information, other then if you are a Special Ed, or General Ed teacher.
