Help finding the LD school for my girl

Hi:

I have a 12 year old girl who suffers from language based learning disability. She has been suffering in public school all her life. She is good in maths when they are just figures but if she comes across a problem where she needs to figure out how to proceed she struggles. She has memory retention problem as well. Moreover she isn’t social and doesn’t like to play with other kids. Lastly, she hates books.

I am looking for special schools for these kind of kids esp in Mid Atlantic states ie new Jersey, Philadlephia, delaware.
