I'm wondering if I am a failure!

Am I a failure?
Next month I will be 45 years old. Who am I? Where am I going? Is this as good as it gets?

Hey, kid, I’m 54 and re-starting my career for the fifth time (a combination of my need for change plus a lot of very weird luck.) No comments from you young whippersnappers. Seriously, you’re not done until you;re dead, and in this day and age you can expect to live until over seventy, so you have several decades to make the best of.

Oh, were some posts obliterated?

V is right :) IT’s today. There ain’t no scorekeeper. If you “lost,” welp, another inning starts… now.

So I guess I better stop surfing and use this next half hour myself :-)

Every day above ground is a good one. I’ve always liked that saying.

It’s not how many times you get knocked down, it’s how many times you get up. I’ve always liked that one too.

I have seen better times though, and worse, but I’m looking forward to more of the better ones.

John
