Where can I go to get answers about myself? People have always thought
of me as weird and have told me so. I look at my son and am suprised to
here myself saying;; I do that. Does anyone have an answer/ I thank you for any information I can get.

neurologist. Neuropsychiatrists and psychiatrists in my opinion just don’t cut it with me. I see them delve out the meds too fast.
Also there is No test perse’ for ADD/ADHD. You can be asked a slew of questions, and then maybe be sent for a neuropsyhe (sp) test. Lots of fun. I’m due for another one and looking forward to seeing how much lower my precentile can get. But regardless of how low..you keep on plugging.

one other thing Beverly, there is NO TEST for ADD/ADHD. It is an experienced Dr. who will know by your habits and many things you do.
You could try talking to a neuropsychiatrist about an evaluation. What kind of doc diagnosed your son? Ask him where he thinks you could go. Best wishes.
