All of the above, plus very poor judgement of time passing, left-right confusion, reversals and mixups of numbers; early learning to read, very late learning to write; both daughter and mother much the same; excellent at reading and math, just mixed up about where and when we’re doing them …

Oh yeah, I forgot right-left confusion. And misspelled “which”.

But the poor time judgment IS the being late/to soon-part - just needed a sentence for it.

I did not want to bring up everything about numbers and stuff, because I feel that is THE ld, not a so-called side effect. (The only reason I call them side effects is because you don’t always put them in the same category as dyslexia, dyscalculia etc, even though most people with ld has them.)

You know what?

I have the right/left confusion thing too.

It amazes me. I have no idea *why* that seems so hard!

Well, we do NOT have trouble with reading or math, quite the opposite, so we do not class as classic LD. Just all that other stuff.

No problems reading; I’m just a slow reader. I enjoy it nonetheless. I voted for all of the above.

Yea, I think if you can check all of ‘em… you don’t need “another” LD :-) Of course, I would *not* know that from experience… oh, excuse me, is my nose growing?
