This workshop will address:
•the differences between high school and college
•the different levels of support available in college
•how to assess the amount of support needed
•matching the student with postsecondary options
•documentation requirements for accommodations
•when and how to disclose information
Andrews works with students with learning challenges on both sides of the transition from high school to college. She completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology at Harvard Graduate School of Education, and is the author of College Success for Students with Learning Challenges DVD and Guide.
