Opportunity for volunteers interested in training in the use of the new information and communication technologies during the months of June, July and August 2001. The selected volunteers will be sent to work directly with a host organization in one of the participating countries.
In this deployment, the volunteers will be working with the following groups:
-Organizations working with people with disabilities in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua.
-Organizations supporting working youth in Ecuador.
-Programs of formal education in the Dominican Republic.
-Women’s organizations and advocacy groups in the Andean Region (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela)
