Has anyone else had trouble with evaluations from Washington University? I got my son’s report back, it had his wrong year in high school, along with about 20 other discrepancies. Not sure if he was working on too many evaluations at once, but it was so confusing. My son has been evaluated by several different universities over the years, but have never had a report so poorly written. What can be done when one gets a report that has so many errors? This report effects service by Department of Human Services for transition. This doctor stated that the disability my son has struggled with for his entire life no longer exists, even though everyone else still sees it.. need help.
