I am trying to prepare for my childs IEP meeting to prepare for next year. I have hit a confusing spot. When my son was in a RTC and they tested him he received a 23 pt difference between his Verbal comprehension index and his processing speed index score (verbal 108 and processing 85). The RTC considered this a LF but when he returned to school they said they do not recognize this as a LD. He is having trouble with reading and comprehension and I am trying to get him help with this. Does anyone else know what this means?
