You have no idea. I have the same struggle every school year and the teacher I have to deal with this year is the worst. Just remember that you are not there to make the life of the teacher as easy as possible. You are making sure that your child has every accomodation necessary. You have the right to require an eduactor to make every accomodation needed to help your child succeed. It is federal law under the section 504 plan. Remind administrators that if they are not willing to work with you and adhere to a Sec 504 that you can and will file a grievance with the school district. I have a freind that used to be on the local school board that provides all sorts of helpful info when it comes to uncooperative teachers and administrators.
