Who pays for compensation? Congress established a special tax fee on the sale of mandated vaccines. The fee is then passed on to the consumers. When Moms and Dads pay the doctor for the vaccines, a portion of the fee involved goes into a special fund to cover vaccine-damaged children.
Keep in mind that less than 10% of adverse reactions are even reported to VAERS. With that said, only 1% of serious reactions are reported as well.
