Compensation Program for LDs, Seizures, etc

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

More than $1 BILLION has already been granted in recent years for thousands of injuries and deaths associated with vaccines. Awards were issued for Learning Disabilities, seizure disorders, mental retardation, paralysis, and numerous deaths (to include SIDS).

Who pays for compensation? Congress established a special tax fee on the sale of mandated vaccines. The fee is then passed on to the consumers. When Moms and Dads pay the doctor for the vaccines, a portion of the fee involved goes into a special fund to cover vaccine-damaged children.

Keep in mind that less than 10% of adverse reactions are even reported to VAERS. With that said, only 1% of serious reactions are reported as well. So, there should still be a lot of money in the pot. However, it does not cover Autism. You would need to seek a vaccine injury attorney for that.
