The school just sent home a zerox copy of the permission to assess form for my son’s triennial. Shouldn’t I be signing a form in triplicate instead of a single sheet copy? Also regarding assessments; he had an audiological assessment 3 years ago which showed an auditory processing problem. Last year the school was preparing to take away just about everything. I had another audiological eval done which still showed a problem. Because it’s his triennial do we need to do another audiological eval?
He’ll be moving to middle school in the fall. The school wants his IEP meeting in June before school starts in July. They wanted to invite the SPed teacher from the middle school but in addition shouldn’t a counselor and administration be there too? Many Thanks.
