getting testing

Did you make the request to the school in writing? The school can not “determine” that your daughter is not eligible without doing an evaluation and I don’t believe they can refuse your request. Put your request in writing. If you are comfortable with one of her teachers, you might ask them to start the referral process. Once the paperwork has started, they have to follow through.
