Headstands part 4

For those of you doing my headstand exercise with your children, here is the latest installment. My son can do this, so I know it is possible!!!

You can discard the stool at this point. Child should be able to get into tripod position with legs resting on arms by self. Put soles of feet together and touch little toes. Hold for 10 seconds (this is same as last set of exercises). Now keep legs and feet in approx same position and raise off arms. Keep going slowly until feet are over head and knees are point down toward floor. Stay in this position 10 seconds. Now slowly go back into original position and stay there for 10 seconds.

And no I do not demonstrate but the therapist does!!!
