Has anyone have experience with this? Is it the real deal?? I saw it on Wrights Law.

They are a high school for home school students and grant diplomas.
My child has state testing to pass which is very difficult even with multiple retakes. If they do not pass this test they do not receive their diploma regardless of their grades. In our case, and many others here, if no diploma is awarded the college he is accepted into will not accept him.
Real Diploma
I looked into this for a sibling and it is real. You bring them transcripts of either your high school work or a portfolio of homeschool work.

Re: high school diploma
I’ve heard of the school and tried to get in touch with them but never heard back. There’s also a school called Upattinas in Pennsylvania which has a home study program and might be able to help you and in Michigan called Clonlara. There’s Keystone in Pennsylvania as well and all have websites you can check out.
I’d be tempted though to have some conversations with people in your state and district. What are you paying school taxes for if your son cannot be brought to pass the state testing? Seems to me there’s a disconnect between what the school is doing for him and the state testing - especially if his grades fall into acceptable ranges.
Can you get hold of back copies of the test? That might help.
Good luck.
If my child appeared to be unable to manage the state testing for high school, then I’d certainly homeschool or look for a private school where she could get a diploma. I am sure there are many others, but this one looks very flexible.
