Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

This is a [oll to present information “from the field” to people to better help them understand how it is for us who live with autism daily. Please do not reply here, but clip and paste into email and send directly to Liz.

Hi

This poll was developed to endeavor to answer some of the questions posed by families of newly diagnosed children. It will be used (with no names of course) in a presentation in February to that group. The workshop is being sponsored by the Autism Society of York Region, and will be presented by myself, Early Intervention Services and Behavior Management. For those of you who don’t know me, I am mom to a 6-year-old son with autism and I work in partnership with the autism society to help address the needs of parents like you through our Parent Empowerment Workshops.

Please feel free to distribute this poll to others you know and have them email their response (and/or questions) to
.

Thanks so much for helping out!
