It took me about three weeks and not two to publish the results
of the online survey. Sorry for the wait.
Bear with the website please. I am not too comfortable with HTML.
I think the results of the survey show reason for further research including a larger sample size. I had about 16 people take the survey.
The images in the Data Summary section are pretty large. So I recommend those with low bandwith to just view the Survey link.
I will make some smaller images a little bit later for those using dail-up.
