I was reading on the No Child Left Behind web that Bill Hansey, whom is the U.S. Deputy Secretary Of Education released a new guide on Oct 24, 2002. It is a 14 page guide Tilted Resources + Reform = Results. It mentiones Title 1, reading, Special Education, ect. I was not able to find this guide on-line.I was interested in this as it was the only grant I could find in the No Child Left Behind reform that mentioned Special Education. Dose anyone know how to locate this Guide? Or dose anyone know how students with reading and Language Disorders fit into the No Child Left Behind Reform as far as the Grants go. The only Grants for Reading, Language I could find in this reform seemed to be from age Pre-School to 3rd grade. I was wondering, what about the children who have already been left behind?
