Has anyone read this book? It sounds fascinating. I have read several books on sensory integration including one text book. I think some of the thinking in this field can help almost any parent understand the sensory/learning needs of their child.
This is what I mean by specifics.

Yes it is a good book. I also recommend Carla Hannaford’s book, Smart Moves and both of Judith Bluestone’s books: The Churkendoose Anthology and The Fabric of Autism. Both go beyond sensory issues but there is lots of relevant information in both.
