ADd to the menu of decent software for reading — SSIO has been released by Don JOhnston (http://www.donjohnston.com). I only really know from the older version, which I liked but which was exclusively for Mac platforms. This is new & improved & works on Windows too. Structured, systematic — though of course it isn’t a teacher.
