I am gifted LD. I am disgraphic. Dec 8th I recieved A degree in Communication Arts with a minor in English and graduated with honors and Cum Laude. It was not easy and many times it seamed imposible but I kept going. I should not of had to fight as hard as I did but I did it any way. It is possible. I had to teach most my teachers what my disablity was but they were open to learning so I made it. It never got easyer the whole expreance was a fight but it was worth fighting for. I have recieved a degree in an area that I am disabled and gifted. Don’t ever give up hope or faith in yourself is the only advice I have.

I did not get the best accomidations. Other than extra time and use of computer on essay tests , or books on tapes they did not offer much else unless I invented it . What helped me the most was how I was able to work one on one with my professors. This also after a while kind of bernt me put because I had to teach each instructor what I needed to learn and succeed. Some where easy than others but after a while it stared to get to me but I pulled through it and finished my degree.
