Behavior program

Hello. I teach intermediate resource. My classes typically run 40 - 50 minutes each. I am in desperate need of a class behavior/incentive program. For the last few years I’ve handed out raffle tickets for good behavior, but I would like to try something new. Buying weekly raffle prizes was getting too time consuming, not to mention expensive! Any ideas? Thanks!
