Hi, I am a student teacher, I am designing probes of curriculum-based measurement (CBM) for my study, which will recruit middle school students (6th-8th grades) to participate. Has anyone here used this method in your middle school class (any grade), please give me some opinions, thanks a lot!!!
CBM is the standard most teachers use when they create tests- or it should be. Just make sure that they have been taught what you are testing- the fact that something is in a given curriculum does not mean that it is taught.
