I am about to finish college soon and have though of what career i want to pursue, My problem is that i was enrolled in the special education program for math and science in highschool. Oviously this is considered ld. What i wanted to know if this can seriously prevent me landing a career in lawenforcement work
Probably the only way to really tell is contact some law enforcement agencies and ask. There is, then, the whole debate of if you tell them you are LD or just say, I’m pretty bad at math and let it go. You could look at some debates on this in the Adults with LD forum.
Please consider posting this in the Adult forum. Maybe there is a cop lurking there. This forum gets less activity.
