What is the difference (and also the implication) between being labeled:
“language based learning disability”
“speech & Language disorder” (specifically, expressive and receptive)
“central auditory processing disorder”?
They seem to overlap.

Have you looked on this site in LD in Depth? They have good explanations of all three(look under processing for CAPD); you need to know that CAPD is not on the federal list of categories that meet the requirements for qualifying for special ed. if that’s what you’re looking for.
