Dr. Levine's Neurodevelopmental Concepts of Learning

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

For school psychologists, teachers, and parents who are interested in Mel Levine’s neurodevelopmental constructs of learning, I have started a spreadsheet that attempts to link GEI Observations, Family Social History, and Empirical Test Data to each of the constructs to help better understand and intervene in the learning problems of children. I will be happy to email you this spreadsheet, and would welcome your comments and additions. Thank you.

Ed,

This sounds like very valuable information. I am especially interested in test data links to Dr. Levine’s neurodevelopmental constructs. I am completing reading his book, “A Mind at a Time” now. You can email me at the address on this post. Thanks!

Janis

Dr. Levine, Please send me this spread sheet at the posted address! I would be very excited to see this information. I’m currently using the “Mind That’s Mine ” program with a self-contained class of 6th graders diagnosed with Learning Disabilities an/or ADHD. It has been such a pleasure using this program, although I think I’m learning more about how my student’s minds work than they are!
