This gives lots of opinions, and in the archives you can find substantial information from parents who have used the program at home, simply working form the book, as well as people who have done the program with a professional provider. If you call a Davis provider (info about providers is available at www.dyslexia.com) they will all have a client list and I’m sure can provide references that you can speak to directly.

These methods DO work — but they are not a ‘quick fix’, and require substantial effort on the part of the learner and a support person in doing the clay modeling part of the symbol mastery. Good luck!
