my daughter age 5 has just been diagnosed with central auditory processing problem. though she is very bright, she has not been learning in school this year and has started to view herself as “dumb”. i am thinking of homeschooling but would really like to find a tutor or someone who could perhaps guide us a bit in the process. is there anyone out there? i did homeschool my older child last year doing 3rd grade and, frankly, it was a disaster. she is much better in school. but, i’m thinking of trying it again with the younger if we could have a little help. any ideas?
