how do you figure from standard score to grade equivelance?

I only have the stanard score and would like to know the grade equivelancy so I can figure which grade level for the state test my child should take. Does anyone know how to figure that out? Thanks

You need a chart from the test publisher to find equivalence. Each test has its own ratings.

Thanks for your response. The teacher was trying to find someone who could figure it out. She needs an answer to what level to test at soon. I will ask the assessment person for the district.Thanks again-
