I bought this kit from a homeschooling mom so it is in almost perfect condition other than one sheet missing from each of the progress chart packets. It includes the kit manual but not the Seeing Stars book. I wanted to mention that I am considering selling it and thought I’d mention it here before I list it on ebay.
