This paragraph is all over the internet. Someone said they did not even think it is a true post.

Vrey Isntiernetg,
Or mbyae I soulhd say, vrey isfunihgtl, or jsut ituclelantly dheinsoet.
A two lteetr wrod and a trehe leettr wrod hvae olny one way of bineg selpled, so tehy are the smae in tihs way of wintirg and terhe are ltos of tehm in esay txet.
Eevn fuor lteter wrdos are esay bascuee tehy hvae olny one oehtr way of slenpilg tehm.
Fvie lteetr wodrs olny hvae six wyas (right, rihgt, rgiht, rghit, rhgit, rhigt?) so tehy are not so bad ehetir as tehy jsut look lkie bad slelpgnis.
But six lteter wrdos hvae ttenwy fuor wyas and tehn it gtes hrad, and it gtes wrose and wosre wtih ecah aeddd ltteer.
In fcat, if I witre a sroht pgaarparh ietnaninolty epinymolg a rivlelaty cuvoentold vablaucroy it becomes a little more difficult, doesn’t it?
You see, we do look at all of the ltteres…..Red
Was this research done on children new to reading or on adults? Of course if you know how to read you can do that. Try it with any child who is new to reading.
Also as Sue said, I defy you to pick up a medical book and do that. You used rather simple words to make that point. Words that we as adults have read countless times over a lifetime.
In order to do that you first must know how to read. This does not have an application to teaching a person to read.
Would you really present words in this formatt to new readers? I can see it now; new method to teach reading based on established research. I am sure someone with some marketing savy will pick this up. It should reach infomercial status any day now.
Imagine the spelling implications alone.
