Next Up - Outstanding service beyond the call of duty

Hi Folks,

Since Nextup has been mentioned on these boards regarding the screen reading software, textaloud, I thought I would mention their outstanding customer service.

I just downloaded the product yesterday to try it out so I am not even a paying customer. Ken White, from their tech support division, has provided me better service, than some companies have in which I registered the product. Unfortunately, I have an error message, “The sound card is busy” that is preventing me from using the product and Mr. White has been extremely patient in trying out various steps.

If you’re deciding between products and wonder about the customer service, I am here to say that their claims about providing outstanding service are 100% accurate. Actually, I would say 1000%.

Hi Sue,

I wish, I were too young to remember him:)) LOL! I’ll be careful about that 1000% claim in the future:))
