The preschool disabled programs I’ve seen were considered “services” rather than “programs”— a key distinction meaning that they were the means of providing the services needed according to the goals and objectives of each child’s individualized family service plan. The activities offered were ones that would help the children master their goals. I would start by deciding what children you would be serving.
