In a discussion recently someone mentioned a Learning Disability having to do slightly with emotion. I made a mental note to look it up when I got home, but the name escapes me now. The closest word I can think of is Psychotropic, but it was slightly longer… Anyways, if anyone could help me out with the name or even links, that would be appreciated.
