I was wondering how other special education teachers present the achievement test results after initial testing. Do you prepare a report that includes testing results and interpretations, with recommendations and strategies to help the child? Most of the special ed teachers at my site just present the computer print-out of the scores and explain what they mean.
Are there any report templates out there, that enable the examiner to type in the information about the individual student?
Thank you for your help.
I present a report, I explain things. I do not present recommendations. If the child gets into my program, that stuff is all in the IEP. If the child does not qualify, I let the psych.’s report with recommendations stand.
