For kids who are handwriting challenged look into Pilot Form for help filling worksheets.
I downloaded the software Pilot Form and tested it. The software allows
you to fill-in a scanned form or worksheet. The software automatically
displays a textbox wherever you put the cursor and expands the textbox as
you type in. If the area where you are typing has a line it inputs the
text above the line. It also has spell checking capability. It can be
downloaded for 30 days free and if you like it the cost is $29. The
scanned copy looked good on the computer I have not yet printed out a
completed worksheet. This is definitely software to look into if your
child’s writing on worksheets is difficult to read.

I second Helen on this. My son uses form pilot at home and at school. It works well and helps a lot. Plus, it is much cheaper than other form scanning software.
