Many 4 year institutions have speech path programs. You can see about getting on the clinic caseload at the college and you would be assigned to a Grad student who is under supervision doing the therapy at a very reduced rate…sometimes they work on a sliding scale too.

You might also check with Easter Seals and other non-profits for childhood developmental problems. A child who is at least 3 years old can usually be screened through the public school and if found to have a speech difficulty that interferes with education potential should qualify for speech services under an IEP.
