Teacher Preparation: The talent/s they wish to critique.
Procedure: The procedure would work sort of like a talent show, whereas talents from throughout the world would post thier profolio on our site for your class to review and comment on. You, as the professor or instructor would be able to see what your class has learned about the talent taught and where you would need to focus much more attention with developing thier talent. After the talent/s are critique your students will then write a critique review on the artist/s for you to review and the final version will be posted in the talent/s profile.
