Feels like you’re doing an assignment… My answer to this question would be yes. Computers can be helpful to all people. To those with spelling issues or dysgraphia, word processing can be very helpful. Computers store information that doesn’t get lost as do papers in binders.
The Internet and the ready information it has can’t hurt anybody so long as you’re able to avoid the dark sites out there. The Internet provides me with information on the laws and regulations that protect people with disabilities and it can do that in the comfort of your home. It allows for ready communication between people.

Those are only a very few of the many answers there could be to your question.
