Awhile ago, before the new forum you suggested that I have my son’s vision tested. It took me a long time to mull over the information I gathered here and elsewhere to decide that I am out nothing if I have my son’s vision tested and there are no problems. If nothing else, it would elimate one variable from the equation. It turns out my son has problems in several areas.
I want to thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to help people like me. If it weren’t for you I would still be completely lost. Here I received information, that has helped me begin to help my son. Because most of my son’s test scores were pretty high I’ve gotten absolutely no help from the school. So, the help I’ve received here is it. I feel like the lights are beginning to come on in the tunnel we are feeling our way through. Thanks.
There is absolutely no one I’ve met in person (prior to going to the VT) who knew or knows anything about vision therapy. All the help I’ve gotten has come from here. Not even the reading specialists I’ve talked to have ever heard of it. That is how little is known about it here. I am truely grateful for all your help. Thanks.
