Unfortunately, as well as taking ten hours to do a complete search, I’m getting killed by the shipping costs — little tiny kid’s book for $2.92, then add $8.00 for the shipping. Multiply that by fifty titles I’m looking for, some in multiple copies, and you see the dimensions of the problem… I am now on a 12-step program to avoid auctions and bookstores (just kidding).So when I saw a post from the West Indies, I thought it was worth a try to get the series that was written and illustrated specifically for West Indian schools (the most gorgeous illustrations you ever saw in a primer!)Anyway, thanks for the hint. Anyone out there with Commonwealth connections, I’m still looking for old Ladybird readers. Thanks.
