I found the site didnt have a lot of “how to do ” info.
Can you just use the spelling materials or would the set which incorporates the words into sentences be important(I forget the name)? Are they actually writing these sentences to learn or are they there to listen to and increase understanding of the word
I like the premise. I was a very good speller in school and rarely missed a word but, when I did, I remembered that word forever. This follows that pattern
All you need
is the Sequential Spelling books. That is all that I use.
I think the book you are asking about (I forget the name too) can be substituted for the first book in the SS series, if you like.
If you are at all unsure about what to order, call or email the author.

Re: ? for persons familiar with sequential spelling
I don’t know much about this book, but check out Looking Glass Spelling. It may have what you are looking for: words in context and spelling patterns in new vocabulary and in context. It’s on my website www.gwhizresources.com
Hope you like it.
Are you talking about AVKO sequential spelling? It does a new list every day which builds on the list from the day before. It teaches students to listen for the sounds and write what they hear. I use it along with Phgonographix. It really teaches kids how to spell and not to memorize a list of words.
