How do you, as a general education teacher, keep unity within the classroom when one student receives special or different information/assignments/help than any of the other students?

It’s hard. If I keep unity,as you say, I do it only by encouraging a strong sense of community within the classroom. I cannot create a unity of skills but I do try to create a unity of purpose.
