assessment of ESL students w/ learning disabilities

I have an eight-year old Hispanic child who has been “silent” in English for 3 years. She communicates fine in Spanish.

Any ideas how I can determine whether she might have a disability?

Do you know of a particular cognitive assessment that’s available in Spanish?

You can use the Woodcock. It has Spanish version.
