famous people with LD/ADHD/ADD

Hi, all;
My colleagues and I work with special ed students at our local high school, and we’re trying to come up with a list of famous people who have or had a learning disability, AD/HD, ADD, etc. Any help would be appreciated, and I’ll compile a list later for your records. Gary

When I want specific info, I go to GOogle or Alta Vista and type in something like +”Tom Cruise” +dyslexic — and any where “tom cruise” and “dyslexic” are both in an article will come up. I like to do that rather than just trust some list somebody’s tossed up — I can put anything I want to on the web.

http://www.ldteens.org/ however, has one of ‘em and it’s a site worth seeing ;)

Hi Gary … in my ninth grade LD resource class we have a unit on self-advocacy where we talk about famous people with a variety of disabilities. I have this information if you would like me to email it to you. (Some activities too!!)
