I am looking for a ‘standard’ evaluation form that I may use when I go into my child’s 5th grade classroom. It would list things like - what are the other kids doing, noises and distractions - how many kids is the teacher working with at one time - are the kids on task.
There must be something out there that would be considered uniform that I could share with the administration after I do my observing?
