I’d be interested in hearing from any people who have used Balametrics. I purchased one to supplement work with PACE. It seems to be having a positive effect, but it’s too early to tell. For anyone who has used it, do you follow the suggested sequence on the balance board? If not, how do you decide which exercises to do? How many repetitions of each exercise do you do? Thanks for any experiences or ideas anyone has.
What positive things have you seen? We are 6 weeks into PACE and I’m thinking about ordering the board now, then doing NeuroNet after PACE is over in Oct.
Did you order the whole kit or just the board? I’m wondering if all the other parts are worth the money?
